By accessing or using sparxprep.in ("the Platform"), including our mock tests, placement preparation courses, Web Development course, and any other services offered by SparxPrep ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You must be at least 16 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing your account credentials with another person is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

All content on the Platform, including video lectures, mock tests, question banks, code samples, study material, graphics, logos, and course structure for the Web Development course and Premium Test Series, is the exclusive intellectual property of SparxPrep and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access this content for personal, non-commercial, educational use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

Enrollment in a paid course or test series grants you access to that content for the duration specified at the time of purchase (or, where no duration is specified, for as long as the course remains active on the Platform). We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue specific course content to keep material current, without reducing the overall value of your enrollment. Access is tied to your individual account and is non-transferable.

All payments for the Web Development Course, Premium Test Series, and any other paid offerings are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our content, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except in the following cases: (a) a duplicate payment was charged due to a technical error, (b) you were charged but never received access to the purchased content, or (c) as otherwise required by applicable Indian consumer protection law. Refund requests, where eligible, must be raised within 7 days of the transaction at [email protected] and will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools without our written permission; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems; (d) upload malicious code or disrupt the learning environment for other students; or (e) impersonate any person or entity. Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice and without refund.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or resources (including payment processors and placement partners) that are not owned or controlled by SparxPrep. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your interactions with any third-party service are solely between you and that third party.

The Platform, including all courses, mock tests, and placement preparation material, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy and quality in our content, SparxPrep does not guarantee specific academic results, job placements, or interview outcomes as a result of using our services. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SparxPrep and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunity, arising out of your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to SparxPrep in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of a course or test series, except as described in the Payments and Refunds section.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last updated. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of sparxprep.in shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
